By accessing or using Bhakti Club, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Bhakti Club is a spiritual companion application that provides devotional wallpapers, ringtones, mantras, and daily blessings. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
- You may delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its servers.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the app.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the service.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Bhakti Club — including wallpapers, audio files, mantras, and the app design — is owned by NeuralHex or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. User-Generated Content
Bhakti Club does not currently allow users to upload content. If this feature is added in the future, separate guidelines will apply.
7. Disclaimers
Bhakti Club is provided for spiritual enrichment and does not constitute religious advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or spiritual authenticity of any content. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralHex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via our Account Deletion page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
